မဲဆိုင်လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင်ကနေ ချင်းဆန်ကို ကားနဲ့ နာရီဝက်ကြာတဲ့အခါ ရောက်လာပါတယ်။ လမ်းမှာ စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်တစ်ခုဖြတ်ရတော့ သေသေချာချာစစ်ဆေးတာခံရတယ်။ ဖာသာရ်ဆို ဒီလမ်းကို အမြဲသွားနေကြ။ တစ်ခါမှ ဒီလိုစစ်ဆေးမခံရဘူးလို့ဆိုတယ်။ အထောက်အထားတွေပြည့်စုံနေတာနဲ့ သူတို့က ရစ်လို့မရဘဲ သွားခိုင်းလိုက်တယ်။

စျေးဆိုင်တွေနားမှာ လုံခြုံရေးတဲလို ငါးပေပတ်လည် ကိုယ်တစ်ပိုင်းပွင့် အဆောက်အဦငယ်လေးတွေ၊ လေးငါးလုံးကို နေရာခြားပြီး တွေ့ရတယ်။ သက်ကယ်အင်္ကျီတွေ ချိတ်ထားတာတွေ့ရတယ်။ လာအိုကာစီနိုဘက်ကိုကူးဖို့ စက်လှေဆိပ်တွေပါ။ စက်လှေအကြီးဆိုရင် လူ ၂၀ လောက်ဆံ့တယ်။ အလတ်ဆိုရင် ၁၀ ယောက်၊ အငယ်ဆိုရင် လေးယောက်လောက်ဆံ့တဲ့ စက်လှေအစားစားရှိတယ်။ စက်လှေအလိုက် ကျသင့်ငွေမတူဘူး။

ယခင်ကတော့ တရားမဝင်သွားလာကြပေမယ့် အခုတော့ဒီဒေသဟာ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်လာပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း တရားဝင်လှေဆိပ်၊ လ၀က ဂိတ်တွေဖွင့်ကာ ဝင်ကြေးတွေနဲ့ စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင် လည်ပတ်ခွင့်ရနေပါပြီ။
လှေက ချင်းဆန်လှေဂိတ်ကထွက်ပြီး မြစ်ကြောင်းအတိုင်း မြန်မာဘက်အခြမ်းကို မောင်းသွားပြီး မြစ်ထဲကနေ လှေခဏ ရပ်ပြီးပြပါတယ်။ မြန်မာဘက်မှာလည်း ကာစီနိုရုံကြီးတစ်ခုကို လှမ်းတွေ့ရတယ်။ တာချီလိတ် ဝမ်ပုံ ဆိပ်ကမ်းဘက်မှာပါ။ သစ်တောထဲမှာ အဆောက်အဦတစ်ခုက ထိုးထွက်နေသလိုပါပဲ။ ကမ်းနားတွေကလည်း တချို့ နေရာမှာ ဖရိုဖရဲနဲ့ပါ။
ပြီးတော့ လာအိုဘက်ကို ပြန်ကွေ့မောင်းလာပါတယ်။ နာမည်ကျော် ကာစီနိုကြီးရဲ့ အဝင်၀ကိုရောက်ပါပြီ။ ဘောတံတားမှာ ဝင်ကြေးကောက်တဲ့ မှန်ကာအခန်းလေးရှိပါတယ်။ ကုမ္ပဏီဝန်ထမ်းတွေက ကောက်ပါတယ်။ ဝင်ခ တစ်ယောက်ကို ဘတ် ၂၀၀ ပေးရပါတယ်။ ကားနဲ့လိုက်ပို့ခ အပြီးအစီးပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ မရောက်ခင်ရက်ပိုင်းကပဲ ဒီဂိတ်က ဝင်ခကို ဘတ် ၅၀၀ တိုးကောက်လိုက်တော့ ထိုင်းဘက်က လှေသမားတွေက ခရီးသည်တွေကို ၁၀ ရက်လောက် မပို့ပေးတော့ဘဲ ဆန္ဒပြကြပါတယ်။
ဒါကြောင့် ထိုင်းဘက်က ခရီးသည်တွေမလာတော့တာကြောင့် ဘတ် ၂၀၀ ပဲ ပြန်ဖြစ်သွားတာလို့ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဂိုက်လိုက်ပြပေးမယ့် ကျောက်ဝေပိုင်ကုမ္ပဏီက မြန်မာဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးဖြစ်တဲ့ ကိုအောင်(အမည်လွှဲ)က ရှင်းပြပါတယ်။ သူကလည်း စစ်မှုထမ်းဥပဒေကြောင့် ဒီဘက်ကို လာရောက်အလုပ်လုပ်ကိုင်နေသူပါ။ အရင်က ဖာသာရ်လာတဲ့အခါတွေတုန်းကလည်း ကိုအောင့်ကိုပဲ ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး လိုက်ပို့စေတဲ့အတွက် ဖာသာရ်နဲ့က ရင်းနှီးနေပါပြီ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့နဲ့လည်း မိတ်ဆက်ပေးပါတယ်။
ကိုအောင်ရှင်းပြတာက သူအလုပ်လုပ်နေတဲ့ ကျောက်ဝေကုမ္ပဏီ Group ဟာ လာအိုအစိုးရဆီကနေ နှစ်သုံးရာနီးပါး စာချုပ်ချုပ်ထားတယ်လို့ပြောပါတယ်။ ဒီမှာက အကုန်လုံး တရုတ်ဘာသာစကား ၊ တရုတ်ငွေကြေး၊ အုပ်ချုပ်မှုကအစ တရုတ်ကုမ္ပဏီနဲ့ လာအို အာဏာပိုင်တွေက အတူတကွဆောင်ရွက်နေကြတာပါ။
ပြောရရင် လာအိုနိုင်ငံထဲက တရုတ်မြို့တစ်မြို့ကို ရောက်သွားသလိုပါပဲ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ အာဏာမသိမ်းခင်ကာလတွေတုန်းက သတင်းကိစ္စနဲ့ တရုတ်ပြည်ထဲကို ရောက်ဖူးပါတယ်။ အခုရောက်နေတဲ့နေရာအတိုင်းပါပဲ။ အားလုံးဟာ တရုတ်အငွေ့အသက်တွေပါ။

ဆင်းရဲတွင်းထဲနစ်နေတဲ့ဒီဒေသကို ကာစီနိုနဲ့ အထူးစီးပွားရေးဇုန် တည်ဆောက်ပေးပြီး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးအောင်လုပ်ပေးမယ်လို့ဆိုကာ ကျောက်ဝေက လာအိုအစိုးရဆီက ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရယူ ဆောက်လုပ်ခဲ့တာပါ။

၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်မှာတော့ ကျောက်ဝေနဲ့ သူ့ဇနီးနဲ့ကို အန္တရာယ်များတဲ့ တရားမဝင်လုပ်ငန်းတွေ (မူးယစ်ဆေး၊တောရိုင်း တိရိစ္ဆာန်တရားမဝင်ရောင်းဝယ်မှု၊ လူကုန်ကူး စသဖြင့်) လုပ်ကိုင်နေတယ်ဆိုပြီး အမေရိကန် Treasury Department (OFAC) က ဆန်ရှင်စာရင်းသွင်းထားပါတယ်။
ဒီဒေသမှာ အဓိကလုပ်ငန်းတွေက ကာစီနိုလုပ်ငန်းတွေပါ။ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှာ တရားဝင်ခွင့်မပြုထားတဲ့အတွက် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသားနဲ့ အခြားလုပ်ငန်းရှင်သူဌေးတွေအတွက် အနားယူ၊ အပန်းဖြေရာနေရာ လောင်းကစားလုပ်ရာနေရာအဖြစ် ရည်ရွယ်ဆောက်လုပ်ထားတာပါ။

အဲဒါကို သက်စွန့်ဆံဖျားကူးကြရတာ။ ဒီဘက်ကမ်းရောက်တော့ ကျော့ကျော့မော့မော့ လှေပေါ်က ဆင်းလို့မရဘူး။ ပါလာတဲ့ တစ်ကိုယ်စာ အဝတ်ထုပ်ကို ကမ်းပေါ် အရင်ပစ်တင်ရတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ လူက ခိုးကြောင်ခိုးဝှက်နဲ့ ပြေးတက်ရတယ်။ ကမ်းပေါ်ရောက်မှ လုံခြုံတဲ့နေရာကိုသွားပြီး အထောက်အထားလုပ်ရတယ်လို့ ကိုအောင်က သူလာရတဲ့လမ်းကြောင်းကို ရှင်းပြတယ်။
ဒီလိုလှေကို မှောင်ခိုကူးနေရင်း လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့လပိုင်းလောက်က စိတ်မကောင်းစရာအဖြစ်အပျက် တစ်ခုဖြစ်သွားသေးတယ်။ လူတွေကို မှောင်ခိုတင်လာတဲ့လှေက ကမ်းစပ်နားတင်မှောက်တာပါ။ ကံဆိုးချင်တော့ လူမှောင်ခိုဆိုတာ ကပ်ကပ်သပ်သပ် ဝပ်ပြီးလိုက်ရတော့ သက်ကယ်အကျီမဝတ်နိုင်ဘူး။ ပေးလည်းမပေးဘူး။ အဲ့ဒါကြောင့်လှေ မှောက်တာမှာ ကလေးတွေအပါ လူကြီးတွေရော ရေနစ်ဆုံးပါးခဲ့ရတယ်လို့ ကိုအောင်က ပြန်ပြောပြတယ်။
ခေတ်ကောင်းခဲ့ရင် အထောက်အထားနဲ့ တရားဝင်လုံလုံခြုံခြုံ ကူးလို့ရနိုင်ပါရဲ့နဲ့ ခေတ်မီတိုးတက်လှပါတယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ကာစီနိုကြီးနဲ့ ထိုင်းရဲ့ကြား မှောင်ခိုလှေနဲ့ ကူးရတဲ့ မြန်မာတွေမှာ အသက်တွေရင်းလိုက်ရတာကိုတွေးမိတော့ စိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်ရတယ်။ အောက်ကျနောက်ကျ နိုင်လိုက်လေခြင်းဆိုပြီးပေါ့။
ကိုအောင်က အထောက်အထားလုပ်ပြီးတော့ မြန်မာစားသောက်ဆိုင်မှာ ပထမဆုံးအလုပ်လုပ်တယ်။ နောက်တော့ တရုတ်ကုမ္ပဏီမှာ ဂိုက်လိုတယ်ဆိုတော့ ဖြစ်ပါ့မလား ဆိုပြီးတော့ အရဲစွန့်လျှောက်လိုက်တာ ရသွားတယ်။ သူကတော့ ဒီအလုပ်ကို လုပ်ရင်းနဲ့ဖြစ်လာတာ တစ်နှစ်တောင်ရှိပြီ မဆိုးပါဘူးလို့ဆိုတယ်။
ပြီးတော့ ဒီအလုပ်ကသက်သာတယ်လို့ သူကပြောပါတယ်။ ဂိုက်အလုပ်က ကျွန်တော်တို့လိုလာတဲ့ လူတွေကို ကာစီနိုနဲ့ လျှောက်လည်စရာနေရာတွေ အနှံ့ကို လိုက်ပြရတာပါ။ နိုင်ငံခြားသားတွေ လာတာသိပ်မရှိဘဲ တရုတ်အများဆုံးနဲ့ ထိုင်းတွေပဲ လာကြတယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။
ဒီမှာက နေထိုင်ခွင့်အတွက် အများကြီးမလိုပါဘူး။ မြန်မာမှတ်ပုံတင်ရှိရင် ယာယီကတ် (ဒုက္ခသည်ကတ်) လုပ်ပြီး အဲ့ဒီကတ်က ခြောက်လနေထိုင်ခွင့်ရှိတယ်။ ဘတ်နဲ့ဆိုရင် ၃,၀၀၀ လောက်ပဲပေးရတယ်။ အခုအခါမှာတော့ နောက်ထပ် တစ်ကဒ်ထပ်တိုးလာတယ်။ အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်ကတ်ဆိုပြီး လာအိုကလည်း လုပ်စားလို့ရတော့ ယွမ် ၆၃၀ ပေးရမယ်လို့ဆိုတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် မလုပ်တဲ့သူများတယ်။ ပြောရရင် ဒီနေရာမှာက ထိုင်းထက် နေရတဲ့စားရိတ်သက်သာ တယ်ပြောရမယ်။ ထိုင်းမှာဆို နေထိုင်ခွင့်ရဖို့ ဗီဇာအမျိုးမျိုးမှာ ပိုက်ဆံတွေ အတော်ကုန်ကြရတယ်။
ကုမ္ပဏီဝန်ထမ်းတွေကတော့ ပူစရာမလိုဘူး။ ကုမ္ပဏီက သူတို့ကို လစာပေးထားတယ်။ နေစရာ၊ စားစရာ အကုန်ပေးထားတော့ အဆင်ပြေတယ်လို့ သူကဆိုပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကားက မြို့ထဲက အထင်ကရနေရာတွေကို ဝင်တယ်။ အဲ့ထဲမှာ စိတ်ဝင်စားစရာအကောင်းဆုံးက ကျောက်စိမ်းအစစ်နဲ့ လူတစ်ရပ်ကျော်လောက်ရှိတဲ့ ကွမ်ရင်မယ်တော် ရုပ်ထုရှိရာ တရုတ်ဘုံကျောင်းပဲ။ ကျောက်စိမ်းသားက စိမ်းလဲ့နေတယ်။ သူ့တန်ဖိုးကို မှန်းဆမရနိုင်ဘူး။ မြန်မာပြည်က ကျောက်စိမ်းလို့ သိရတယ်။
ပြီးတော့ ဒီနေရာရဲ့ အရှင်သခင်ကျောက်ဝေရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပန်းခြံကိုဝင်ကြည့်တယ်။ ပန်းခြံအ၀မှာလုံခြုံရေး အစောင့်တစ်ဦးရှိတယ်။ အပြင်လူဝင်လို့မရဘူး။ ပြီးတော့ သူရဲ့စံအိမ်လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ အနီရောင် တရုတ်ပုံစံ စံအိမ်ကြီးတစ်လုံးကိုတွေ့ရတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီမှာ သွားလာရင်း ရုပ်ရှင်တွေပဲမှာတွေ့ရတတ်တဲ့ စစ်သုံးအလုံပိတ်ကားကြီးတစ်စီးက မြို့ထဲပတ်နေတာတွေ့ရတယ်။ ကိုအောင်ကိုမေးကြည့်တော့ တရုတ်ကုမ္ပဏီက လုံခြုံရေးလှည့်နေတာလို့ဆိုတယ်။
